I’m having problems logging into the apps or online, what should I do?

Make sure you are using the account you created (email address and password) when you subscribed to FilmStruck at www.filmstruck.com/sign-up. This same account will get you access to all FilmStruck applications (iOS iPhone and iPad apps, Apple TV app, Amazon Fire TV app, Android Phone and Tablet apps) after you have them installed on your devices.  To sign-in on any app, simply go to "Settings" and select "Sign-In."

Logins are case sensitive, so please ensure you are entering in your name and password exactly as you created it during your sign-up and account activation. 

If you have forgotten your password, visit the login page: https://watch.filmstruck.com/#!/login, and select the Forgot Password link.  A new password will be emailed to you.
